Registration for this year's class is currently closed. If you are interested in a future class, please read the expectations below to make sure you are aligned with our program goals.
Program Highlights:

Match with a mentor/mentee.

Great resources and opportunities only offered to our mentorship classes.

Exclusive events designed to help you grow as a professional and deepen your mentoring relationships.
Program Expectations:

Be respectful, confidential, consistent, kind, and responsive.

Prioritize Mentorship Mingle attendance + other Mentorship-focused DWKC events.
-
Commit to a minimum of once-a-month meetings with mentor partner (virtually or in-person).

Participate in check-ins with DWKC Mentorship coordinator.

Participate in the program for one year.
